Here's a link to woody's post that was put in auto-faq about 2-3 pages back on how to bring the foglights forward.

Also, although most people leave those BOV's almost all the way tight and don't adjust. Previous posts about those sugges to put something like fingernail polish around the threading and nut once you have it finely adjusted. That way the bolt doesn't rust.
As mentioned, work on the interior a little. My suggestion 1st is to contact COZ about getting a center bezel replacement. It's somewhere in the range of $100 for all pieces if I remember correctly.
